Established in 2016 Palatine Construction has established a strong reputation in the Auckland construction market. Palatine's two directors are hands on and control all aspects of the construction process. Putting the interests of our clients first is our focus and we achieve this by ensuring we do not over commit our labour or our sub contract resources. This attention to detail ensures a stress-free quality experience.
Palatine Health and Safety Policy.
Palatine is dedicated to the Health and Safety of all members of the construction team that are under our influence or control. We hold accredited HSSE affiliations.
Health and Safety is a hot topic in New Zealand, with increasing statutory requirements for everyone associated with a project. We are well placed to embrace this change at Palatine Construction, with effective health and safety systems and no notifiable events since we commenced in business.
We are committed to ensuring that everyone on and around our sites is safe, with experience in live environments such as apartments, office buildings and ferry terminals. We notify our high expectation for health and safety right from our first contact with prospective subcontractors and reinforce these on site for all parties. We have external auditors carry out their review of site systems and compliance.

Environment.
Palatine Construction is committed to understanding, minimising adverse effects, protecting, maintaining and restoring the environment. All steps are taken to recycle and minimalise waste on our sites and we employ systems to ensure minimum impact to the surroundings.
Our environmental policy sets out how we deal with specific waste materials and all parties on site are encouraged to participate. We apply best practice to prevent pollution of air, water or land and to reduce the wasteful use of water, electricity and other resources at every opportunity
In recent projects we have encouraged re-use of the recycled roof coverings, aluminium joinery and steel beams.
We endeavour to communicate with neighbours and affected parties the effects of our projects and in many cases notify intentions prior to commencing works.
Quality Assurance.
Palatine Construction has robust Quality Assurance plans in place to ensure faultless project handover. Clients can be rest assured all territorial requirements will be fulfilled and a risk-free project delivered. All personnel are appropriately qualified in their respective trades to ensure correctly completed work is achieved every time.
Procurement.
Palatine Construction has a large base of suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure best client value is achieved. Liaising with Palatine early on would allow a collaborative approach and value-added success. We are equally happy to work with client’s preferred or existing supply chain suppliers.
